First AfD relied on WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES, which was discussed on RfC and is now not applicable in the way it was. This school fails WP:NSCHOOL which says All universities, colleges and schools, including high schools, middle schools, primary (elementary) schools, and schools that only provide a support to mainstream education must satisfy either WP:ORG, or WP:GNG or both. Does not satisfy either due to lack of significant coverage from reliable secondary sources in the article or WP:BEFORE. It is not presumed to be notable just because it (clearly) exists per WP:N.
