No they just use the healing technique like there’s no difference a normal weapon would usually just be quicker

welp there's a lot wrong with everything practically everyone is saying in this thread so here

1. maki didn't lose her leg it was just super broken.

2. not all sorcerers are capable of Reverse cursed technique. it is a notoriously difficult ability that quickly drains cursed energy.

3. there are two levels of RCT. one where you can heal yourself and a more difficult version where you can heal others. Yuta is a prodigy, healing others is something not even Gojo can do.

4. people who have mastered RCT can even regrow full organs and missing limbs on themselves. You can't regrow the limbs of others.

so far in the anime you've only seen a few people who can use RTC off the top of my head I can remember: Gojo, Yuta, Shouko (aka the doctor), Sukuna, and Yuki
