That would explain why the uncensor patch hasn't been further refined...Lack of modder interest is directly result of "illgames" taking measures to prevent modding. This game could've had thousands of mods in release week otherwise.
Though I don't understand why they'd want to do that given the popularity of Koikatsu. Making easier for players to mod the game and add things to it, could've allowed them to slowly milk the game through adding new locations and more character personalities.
Hopefully Illgames got enough negative feed back from Japanese players, to convince them to change whatever they did that makes the game so much harder to mod compared to Koikatsu, or even the game SVS is supposed to be a successor for, AA2.
